All tariffs include 1 hour of administration per month and a set of checks depending on the tariff.
Each additional hour to resolve an incident is 1250 rubles. The cost of an additional parameter or check is 550 rubles.
The customer is required to provide instructions on actions from the technical support for the initial diagnosis of the problem.

The monitoring system is configured by Mix Telecom specialists without changing the equipment configuration. If the UPS, server or network equipment does not have the necessary parameters to connect the monitoring system, an installation fee will be charged. If the monitoring system determines a potential or actual incident, it is possible to carry out technical work according to the instructions provided in advance.
