Create a ticket through your Personal Account
Go to Personal Account (if you do not have an account yet, please register). On the main page of your personal account, select "Ask a question". Indicate the department to direct the question: technical, financial, quality control. Fill in the application field with a description of the reason for contacting.
Create a ticket through email
Send your request to the mail helpdesk@mixtelecom.ru from the email address registered in your Personal Account (if you do not have an account yet, please register). In your request, please describe the situation in as much detail as possible and leave your current contact details so that the technician can contact you.
